The much awaited trailer of Anushka Sharma’s latest production venture Phillauri is finally out and it does not disappoint. Set in two different eras, the story is of Shashi (played by Anushka Sharma) a ghost who is in search of her lover (Diljit Dosanjh). The film also features Life Of Pi star Suraj Sharma who plays a ‘Manglik’ boy who is forced to first get married to a tree on which Shashi now resides. A comedy-drama, the film has been directed by Anshai Lal, the film has been extensively shot in Punjab. From the trailer, the film appears to be a fun, bitter-sweet love story with some beautiful soulful songs sung by Dosanjh himself. With friendly ghosts and a Punjabi wedding- Phillauri is a film to watch out for this summer.
