Ranveer Singh starrer to receive a lukewarm response; may NOT hit double-digit numbers

Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde starrer Cirkus directed by Rohit Shetty has finally hit the screens. The film was ready to hit the theatres almost two years ago, however, due to the lockdown, the makers had to wait for a long time to release the film. As a Christmas treat to fans, Rohit Shetty and the team released Cirkus today and as expected, all eyes are on the box office numbers. The year 2022 has not been that great for Bollywood. Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus Box Office prediction

As reported by Ormax Media, Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde ‘s Cirkus is expected to make around Rs 9.8 crore on its opening day. It is predicted that the film will receive a lukewarm response at the box office and may fail to get double-digit numbers on the first day. These are just the prediction so the final numbers are likely to vary. Everyone is hoping that Cirkus would not meet the fate of films like Shamshera, Laal Singh Chaddha, Bhediya and more, and rather emerge out to be on par with Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2. It is 2022’s last Bollywood film to hit the screens and everyone wants the year to end on a jolly note. The buzz around the film is decent. BollywoodLife gave Cirkus three stars. The film boasts of perfect casting, however, it isn’t on par with other comedy films created by Rohit Shetty. It lacks LOL moments but at the same time, the appears to be fit for the festive-holiday season. After Cirkus, we will have Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s Pathaan making it to the theatres in January 2023. It is one big film that fans are desperately waiting for!
